Nan I’ve written this a million times but can’t seem to find the words. I will miss you so much I’m so lucky to have had all the fabulous memories of us in Swansea down on the beach or enjoying a joe’s ice cream. Coming home with one of your amazing sponge cakes 🍰 Tilly has been lucky as well as she has some beautiful memories of her great nan. I’m gutted that Hattie won’t have this but she will have all of our fond story’s, photos and memories. Love you always nan xxxx
